Different Types Of Accessories Used In A Lash Lifting Procedure

A lash lifting procedure is a short process that helps to get curved and lifted eyelashes without harming the natural lashes. These are perfect solutions for those who want or love more dramatic eyelashes. Such a procedure helps to get rid of the use of mascara on a regular basis that clumps, runs, smudges and irritates the eyes, just to give them a fuller look.

Each lash lift kit includes various accessories that help the user to get a desirable result. Each accessory of the kit plays a major role and helps to change the shape of the lashes without harming them. A lash lifting kit is a simple procedure that can be used by salons as well as by individuals for making the lashes beautiful and giving them a nice lift. This procedure uses the original lashes of the person and shows amazing results that easily last for up to 6 to 8 weeks. Different types of accessories that are included in a lash lifting procedure are as such:-

Silicone pads:-

Silicon pads are curved pads that are used at the beginning of the lash lifting procedure, after cleaning the eyes and lashes properly. These are applied with the use of glue that is generally available in each lash lifting kit. the role of the silicone pads is to offer the flexibility to choose the desired curl for the customers' lashes. These pads are generally available in different sizes.



Glue:-

As mentioned above, glue is a normal lash lifting accessory that is used for applying silicon pads. The role of the glue in lash lifting is to keep the silicon pad at its position so that it will not move throughout the procedure. Silicon pads and glue are the two most important accessories in a lash lifting procedure as without them it is not possible to keep the pads at their place and do the rest procedure.

Perm lotion:-

Perm lotion is another accessory that helps to lift the lashes as per the shape of the silicone pad for further procedure. Such lotions help to break down the original shape of the lashes so that they can get the new lifted, curved shape. During a lash lifting procedure, the perm lotion is applied for just 15 minutes. After which the lotion is removed with the use of Q-tips.

Setting lotion:-

The setting lotion is an accessory that is used after the lash perming. Once the perm lotion is removed, this lotion is applied to set the lashes to their new shape. The setting lotion keeps the lashes at the silicone pads as per their shape and is applied for not more than 15 minutes.

Nourishing agent:-

Each lash lifting kit includes a nourishing agent that helps to nourish the eyelashes for long-lasting results. The nourishing lotion need not be removed like the setting and perm lotion. Such lotion is included in the lash lift accessories to nourish the lashes and keep them moisturized.

Q-tips:-

Q-tips are required in the lash lifting procedure for removing the setting lotion and perm lotion as per the requirement.
